For those of you concerned about the potential changes in governance to the City of Winnipeg's water and waste department the event on Friday may be of interest. Here are the details: TOPIC : Is Winnipeg's Water being Privatized? Tony has followed the issue of public water in Canada and has written extensively about the risks of privatization.
